WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If your purchase is not convenient for you, you can return it and get a refund. You have 14 days after receiving it to return it by contacting us, we will send you a gift certificate.

We recommend that you return your item within 7 days of receipt to ensure that it arrives at its point of origin in time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it and place a new order.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?



Using the tracking number visible on your return label, you can track the return of your package with our courier. As soon as the item is received and accepted by our partner, we will send you an email to confirm the execution of your refund.

Refunds are made via the original payment method and will be in your account within 10 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?


To place an order you only need an email address. We recommend that you register to benefit from a Haris account and place an order more easily.

 

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ON THE SITE?

Select the size of the desired item and click "Add to cart". Once all your items have been added, click on "Proceed to payment".

Enter your address and bank details and select a delivery method to complete the order.
Once your order has been confirmed, it will be meticulously prepared and sent to you directly.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?


As your order is prepared as soon as possible for shipment, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to cancel or modify your order.
We cannot add items to a pre-existing order, but you can place another order for any other item .

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM AND HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?


Once your order details are confirmed, your item will be prepared and sent to you within 2 business days.Delivery normally takes between 2 and 7 days after sending it depending on where you are and the delivery method you choose.
We will keep you informed of your tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
